Do I need a short-term rental license?
Almost certainly. Short-term rentals in Miami Beach need city and state registrations, and some buildings and zones don't allow them at all. We'll check your property's eligibility during the rental analysis.
What happens if something breaks during a stay?
The guest contacts us, not you. Our repair team handles it and we keep you posted.
Can I still use my property?
Yes. Block off the dates you want and we'll price and book around them.
